I was in an extremely dark place when I met Erika. I hadn’t had therapy in years and so much has happened to me over the years that I just started spiraling. Erika helped me sort through my troubles piece by piece, prioritized what I needed to talk about the most, and truly listens and gives feedback.
I’ve had many realizations come to light because of her, and it is definitely in my best interest. I would recommend her to anybody seeking therapy
