I use a wide variety of modalities that include CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, EFT, midfullness, CBT for insomnia and Internal Family Systems. It is important to me to build a strong relationship with clients and develop trust to ensure a good experience and life changing counseling for clients. Erika has been supportive and positive from the beginning. I go through cycles and in the sessions we adapt as we go. She looks at the big picture to find the root cause and encourages healthy lifestyle choices to help.
