About me

I am licensed in Colorado with a decade's worth of professional work experience. I have a degree in Art Therapy counseling and use it as an adjunct modality in treatment if clients are interested and willing. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting needs, family conflicts, attachment issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I see each client as an authentic individual, and I apply various theoretical approaches based on needs, comfort, and desires for the therapeutic environment. I will use my knowledge of psycho-social theories and evidence-based practices to ensure my clients receive the best outcomes. I look forward to helping facilitate changes in the lives of others on this forum.
