About me

I am a licensed clinical therapist in Montana with 25+ years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, depression, addiction and several other life challenges and transitions we all face. I practice Solution Focused problem solving as well as techniques in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and attachment theory as it related to relationships. I work with my clients to build resiliency, work towards overall wellness and maintain recovery. It is important to create an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings and emotions can be shared without fear of judgment.
