Erin Bythrow, LPC
About me
I am a licensed clinician in Oregon with 11 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges, including stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, anger management, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. I’ve worked with clients from many different backgrounds and have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals as well as those who have been, or are currently, involved with the legal system.
I believe therapy works best as a collaborative and supportive process. I work alongside clients to identify meaningful goals and tailor treatment to fit their unique needs, strengths, and life experiences. My approach draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and person-centered techniques.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
