I am licensed in Illinois with 14 years of counseling experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. My work in counseling has largely been with young adults, including college students and athletes, and I have also provided therapy for children and older adults. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that every person has, and can discover many strengths within, that assist in overcoming life's challenges.
