I am a Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working in Saint Louis and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. I have my Master's degree from Washington University in Saint Louis and am licensed in Washington, D.C., Maryland, Michigan and Arkansas. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, abuse and neglect, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss and addictions.
Life is hard, no matter who you are. We are meant to be in relationship, but that doesn't mean relationships are easy. I went into social work because I have a strong desire to help people and I am passionate about walking alongside people in the hard and broken places to help make sense of the rough things in order to build health, increase self-awareness and strengthen relationships. I know that no one modality works for any one person and have spent my career learning not only effective clinical approaches, but how to be a healthy daughter, sister, wife, mother and friend. I hope to have the chance to journey through the hard and broken places with you. I do my best to be real with my clients and it is my hope that you will leave a session with me feeling deeply cared for and truly listened to.
