Erin Graham, LPC
About me
“Wisdom, with nothing to hide, is available to everyone…being found in the most prominent of public places.”
Hi! I’m Erin. I have been practicing in the field of Psychology and behavior health for almost 10 years. I completed my BA in Psychology (minor in Sociology) at The University of Memphis and my MA in Counseling Psychology (concentration in Trauma & Crisis) at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC).
I often tell people that this field chose me. I have always had a strong interest in the human mind and human behavior. Always had the question of “why” when it came to our perceptions throughout this human experience. I still search for the universal law behind everything I see.
I have a strong passion for working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors. I also enjoy working youth (14-18) who are facing issues with their social-emotional skill development and behavior management.
My background and experience include Individual therapy, Foster Care, Trauma & Crisis Response with inpatient and outpatient settings, ABA Therapy in Autism Day Programs for youth, Neurofeedback and FASD, and Youth Residential facilities.
The client is the expert of their lives. So, I often use approaches that are all about you: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing & Mindfulness. I firmly believe that the therapeutic process should be collaborative and holistic.
You are important and you can be the author in creating the life you want to live.
