Erin made me feel comfortable from the start. She helped me to articulate a lot of thoughts that were swimming around in my head and in turn has provided great tools to help me get back on track. I feel like I have been able to take back control of my thoughts thanks to her guidance. I appreciate her direct approach when there is something that I can take action on. All of it is delivered in a friendly, conversational way that makes the sessions fly by.

Erin is extremely intuitive. I feel like she was able to "get through" to me, with limited information (I don't do well opening up in a first session.) I would be comfortable telling her anything, and not being judged.
