Erin is a an amazing therapist.
She is caring and smart. She helped understand myself, manage my anxiety and stop several addictions.
I'll never thank her enough for all the positive impact this experience has on me.

Erin is amazing! She has a very calming presence and she has helped me work through a lot. I really appreciate her expertise and how well she understands me and my struggles with ADHD and anxiety. I have learned many tools from her that I will take with me! I also appreciate that whenever I come back, it feels like I haven't left and we pick right back up where we left off.

She was my guiding light when I needed to understand myself, and she has been consistent in reminding me what I needed reminding of to be the better version of myself. She is truly understanding and is not 'pushy', and many a time has she helped turn an awful week into a "not so bad after all" one. Highly recommended!

Erin is a complete gem of a human being! When I matched with Erin and we had our first session, I knew that we were going to connect easily. Erin is an easy person to open up to and does so on your timeline. Erin has given me the tools to manage and identify my S.A triggers.. and I have learned so much about my own triggers and bodily responses that I wasn’t aware of before. I now have a much better understanding of myself, my boundaries, and what I need during times of stress and anxiety. She has also helped me greatly with managing my ADHD through different tips, tricks, and resources. Erin overall is such a caring listener, a cheerleader, and asks thought provoking questions that push you in the right direction!

When I first signed up for BetterHelp, I was reluctant to take the plunge. However, after being marched and having read Erin's biography I immediately felt a warmth and care so I took a chance. Thank goodness I did. Erin has been so genuine, responsive and thoughtful throughout this whole process, always going above and beyond whenever she can. I am so grateful to have had her as a support these last few months.

Erin has been my counsellor for a few months, and I really enjoy working with her. I had felt very stuck with a confusing and overwhelming amount of emotions and anxiety for a while when we met. Erin is really positive and from the first session she gave me the confidence that I was going to get out of my feelings of being overwhelmed!
Erin encouraged me to journal and use the chat function frequently, to which she responds quickly. The chat function was new to me, but using it really showed me the power of frequent contact as I feel like Erin got to know me quicker and was able to provide support better and more often. During our sessions, Erin offers many easy practical techniques, which I found simple to integrate and slowly build on each other. She also occassionally sends inspiring prompts for journalling and interesting articles on mental health techniques.
Overall, Erin is really helping me gain insights in my anxiety and understand how it arises and how to prevent/mitigate!

Erin has been very helpful to me as I navigate separation from my husband. She offers me ways to examine the difficult times I am going through and helps me understand the unfamiliar feelings I am feeling, and how to make sense of everything. Her neutral guidance helps me look at the events that hurt me with less emotion, but she also has helped me understand that if I don't feel the feelings I have I can't move past them, and that's important.

Erin was a really good listener and made me feel comfortable talking about different issues without feeling judged. She offered some invaluable advice, pointed me towards useful resources and checked in with me regularly to see how I was and also provide encouragement. I would definitely recommend her to others.
