I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in connection with mindfulness and holistic concepts to assist you in learning strategies to manage your thoughts, feelings and actions. I personally find that nature is a grounding source for me. I integrate holistic aspects into our work to help you find your source of strength and calm.

Erin is amazing! She has a very calming presence and she has helped me work through a lot. I really appreciate her expertise and how well she understands me and my struggles with ADHD and anxiety. I have learned many tools from her that I will take with me! I also appreciate that whenever I come back, it feels like I haven't left and we pick right back up where we left off.

She was my guiding light when I needed to understand myself, and she has been consistent in reminding me what I needed reminding of to be the better version of myself. She is truly understanding and is not 'pushy', and many a time has she helped turn an awful week into a "not so bad after all" one. Highly recommended!
