She's very supportive. She listens and remembers everything. Not every therapist does that, but she does. She's good at helping you develop a self image that's independent of others' opinions. Her Christian morals help me navigate my struggles in a more personalized way, keeping me accountable to my values.
She's not quick to suggest ending relationships, or cutting out relatives. She helps you set standards for yourself, and those standards naturally reshape relationships into something more healthy and functional.
I came to her with no peace, and now peace is becoming my normal.
I came to her with so much shame, and she's helping me overcome it, not through pride, but through changing my perspective.
