About me
I am licensed to practice therapy in New Mexico, Massachusetts, and Missouri, bringing with me nine years of professional experience and five years dedicated to clinical practice. As a certified Tele-Mental Health provider, I offer a holistic and integrative approach designed to empower clients facing the challenges of grief and loss, stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, relationship issues, and personal growth – all aimed at enhancing overall mental and physical well-being.
In addition to individual therapy, I provide couples counseling, drawing on the proven techniques of Gottman and Brief Solution-Focused methods.
My primary mission is to cultivate a safe and welcoming space where thoughts and feelings can be expressed openly and without judgment.
