I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 23 years of professional clinical practice in the public and private sector. I've had the pleasure of working with people who had a variety of concerns from diverse backgrounds. I want you to know I've been providing Telehealth services for 4 years. I know how important it is to speak with a counselor who is compassionate and knowledgeable. I truly take time to create an atmosphere where people feel safe online. . That being said I am formally trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Trauma/Grief Loss Therapy , Stress Management , Self- Esteem and Job Stress Management .
