As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I help adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. I have a special passion for supporting Black women in prioritizing their mental health, setting healthy boundaries, and embracing healing. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs.
