About me
Hello!
My name is Tashia ("Ta-sha") and I have been practicing under NC licensure since 2013. I am a NC Licensed Counselor Supervisor and Nationally Certified Counselor. While I work extensively with trauma in my primary job, I also love helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. You, not I, are the expert of your life! My primary role is to come alongside you to support you in making significant and lasting changes in daily living. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage and I am proud of you for getting started...I am looking forward to meeting you:)

Eutashia Rice is very helpful and understanding. Her approach for things is easy going and I felt comfortable sharing my concerns and issues with her. She creates an open and safe space and also allows me to grow in my faith as I work through my obstacles. I highly recommend her!
