About me
Hi, I'm so glad you're here.
I'm a therapist, a mother, and a dog lover who believes healing begins with feeling genuinely seen and understood. Having moved throughout my life and connected with people from many cultures, identities, and communities: including veterans, Native American communities, and immigrant families—I have developed a deep appreciation for the many ways people adapt, survive, and make meaning of their experiences.
My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I blend EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic therapy, and practical, evidence-based tools to meet you where you are. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relationships, neurodivergence, identity, grief, or simply feeling stuck, I hope therapy becomes a space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want to create. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
