Eva Spears-Smith, LCSW
About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20+ years of diverse Social Work experience. My passion is in helping others be the best version of themselves and maximizing their potential. Together we will take this mental health journey and work through traumas, losses, betrayals, fears and insecurities. We will seek to find healing by giving your emotional pain and shame a loud voice. I will incorporate learned theories and proven evidence based practical experience in each of our sessions. In our therapeutic relationship, you will always be heard, respected, supported, validated and challenged to be the best version of YOU.
My therapeutic style encompasses empathetic active listening, trust building, validation, accountability, empowerment and improved self awareness. In sessions, I will incorporate useful treatment modalities including but not limited to Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
I would be humbled to be part of your INTENTIONAL, purposed driven, personal growth journey. This journey will be an invaluable investment, one that will improve your emotional, mental, and physical health. Let's create a healthier narrative, one that reinforces your strengths and promotes stronger confidence in self. I look forward to hearing from you.
