About me

I’m a licensed professional counselor supervisor in Texas, and for the past 18 years I’ve had the privilege of supporting people through some of the most meaningful and challenging moments of their lives. I’ve worked with individuals and families facing stress and anxiety, navigating family or relationship conflicts, coping with grief and loss, and working through the everyday and some of the difficulties of parenting.

What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I approach every person with respect, compassion, and an open heart. Your experiences are unique, and I shape our conversations and treatment plan around what feels right for you—not a one‑size‑fits‑all approach, but something that truly fits your life.

Reaching out for support is a deeply personal and courageous step toward the life you want. You don’t have to take that step alone. I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, and support you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment.
