My name is Faith Sanders. I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience in the field of psychology and mental health. I started my career as an addictions researcher at the University at Buffalo. After about 4 years, I decided I was destined to connect to people through clinical practice. I have specialties in Mindfulness, Trauma-informed care, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I provide a space free of judgment and I hope to lead you to a healthier connection with yourself. My approach is very goal-directed, but also gentle in being present with and working through difficult emotions that prohibit personal growth.
