Fiona Wallace
About me
I am credentialed in the UK with 6 years of professional work experience. I have assisted clients with a wide range of difficulties including stress, anxiety and panic, coping with grief and loss, intimacy related issues, difficulties in relationships, life direction and motivation, self esteem and confidence, body image, food and disordered eating, and addictions.
I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that you likely already have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. When we become stuck, working with a therapist can help us to zoom out from the issues we have been close up and tight with, providing freedom, perspective and relief.
Taking the first step to sign up for therapy takes courage, well done for getting started.

I have only had one session with her but it was very pleasant experience. She made me feel at ease from the first moment. I gained an instant rapport and would sing her praises to anybody that needs therapy.

I have only had a few sessions so far with Fiona however that being said she is great. She listens closely and doesn’t make you feel ridiculous for what you’re saying.
She asks each session if there is something specific we’d like to talk about rather than just assuming it’s the same issue as last week. This is great as I think a lot can happen between sessions and other things may become more relevant in that time.
I’m extremely happy with Fiona as my therapist and know she is going to be a great help.

Fiona is really wonderful. I've never had therapy before but I always leave our sessions feeling seen and understood. It's been such a positive experience and I already feel really comfortable opening up.

I have only had a few sessions with her but she is an attentive and active listener. She knows how to console me well and is empathetic and supportive. She also gives me worksheets to complete and I like when my therapists give me things to work on outside of sessions.
