Francine does an excellent job of listening, offering her thoughts and perspectives (which often blow my mind - in a very good way), and validating me while challenging me. So far so good!

She’s a wonderful listener. Someone who can really stay in tune with a condensed version of anyone’s life experience and dig into them with her probing questions. She stays on track and let’s the patient speak their mind. Unravels their past and puts them back on track. Wonderful and kind to a tee.
