I’m incredibly grateful for Gabrielle and the support she’s given me. She has helped me see situations from healthier, more balanced perspectives, while processing one of the most difficult times in my life. Through my divorce, emotional pain, and severe anxiety, she has provided a safe, compassionate space where I felt heard, understood, and never judged.

Gabrielle does an excellent job of balancing support and pushing you to make progress. I really wanted a therapist who would help me gain skill sets and challenge my mindset. She does exactly that! I've learned a lot, and I'm feeling more confident in facing my problems.

She is the most helpful of the three therapists I’ve had for my mental health! Through visiting with her, I discover and identify my own goals. She is thoughtful and a skilled listener, and isn’t afraid to bring up views that are different from mine to correct and guide me to have a healthier wellness perspective on my own behavior and thinking. I feel free to say anything that’s on my heart and nothing negative will come of it because she is so judgement free and there to understand me.
