Gabrielle is easy to talk to - very warm and understanding. She asks questions that lead me to think over my state of mind and to consider new healthy perspectives for my situations. She provides mindfulness activities for the week to help me exercise positivity and control. Highly recommend.

I have a mouthful of things I need to talk about and talking about them always helps me so when Brie brought up a certain subject that she suspected needed to be talked about she did and it melted my heart because it was the one thing that I truly needed to talk about. Brie is a gem and very talented at what she does.
