I've been in therapy for almost 8 yrs & gone through a handful of therapists & psychologists in that time. Gail is honestly the BEST person I've worked with, by far. We've been working together for not even 1 1/2 yrs, & it seems like she knows me better than any others had. She's just amazing!

I have only had a few sessions with Gail so far, but we have covered so much ground and such incredible insights for myself. I feel seen and acknowledged, I feel heard and understood, and finally starting to see where I can be with more work.

This is my first time using BetterHelp and going to therapy in a few years and I am surprised how well they matched me up to a therapist. Gail is extremely easy to talk to and she provides insight and outlooks on life that I have never heard before even though i’ve had several therapists. Already within a few weeks, I’ve feel like our sessions have benefited me and I use the techniques she’s taught me for my anxiety. I would highly recommend Gail and BetterHelp!
