Gail is amazing, i’ve had a number of therapists over the years and Gail has certainly been the best fit for me by far. She is kind and compassionate but doesn’t sugarcoat things which is exactly what I’ve always needed. She is responsive, and is strategic about moving forward, and always gives incredible insights. I feel as though she can read me like a book sometimes! Highly highly recommend.

I think Gail is understanding, a beautiful soul, she knows how to bond more than any therapist would, she listens and allows time for me to think by relating similar experiences of her own, we’ve only had a couple of sessions and I already feel incredibly comfortable with her

Gail Rickaby is patient and understanding. We have not had many sessions, but I feel like I am in good hands. Her approach is direct, but not overbearing. I will highly recommend her to anyone who needs help within her expertise.
