Gayle helped me through anxiety and relationship issues in a short period of time. I really feel that she listened to me without judgment and understood what I needed help with even when I couldn’t articulate it or explain it well. She is so supportive and professional, I love having her as a therapist. Thank you Betterhelp for matching me with her. And thank you Gayle for changing my life for the better.
