Primarily I work from a person-centered and solution-focused approach to therapy. I also integrate techniques from other approaches, such as gestalt, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness, short-term psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral therapy, depending on the client's unique problems and goals.
