I feel very comfortable with Geoff. He truly understands my concerns and helps me navigate them. He provides me with a variety of ways to cope with my anxiety outside our session and has a very wonderful way of explaining things!

Geoff is an excellent person to talk to and discuss issues with. He is calm, listens and responds so well to all info I give.
He helps me to understand all that he shares with me and allows me time and space to be myself.
Thank you Geoff
