About me

Welcome,

I know how daunting — even vulnerable — it can feel to seek therapy. But here you are, taking a first step. A step towards something in you that longs for change, for alignment, for a life that feels more truly your own.

People come to therapy for many reasons. You might be experiencing anxiety, low mood, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting impact of trauma. Perhaps there are difficulties in relationships, patterns that feel stuck, a sense of disconnection from yourself or the world around you. You may be navigating loss or change, or simply sensing an inner call — a quiet yearning to live more authentically, more fully.

I’m Giedra, an integrative psychotherapist offering a space where all parts of you are welcome — your pain, your complexity, your questions, your potential. My work is relational and co-creative. I walk alongside you, not as an expert on your life, but as a fellow traveller with tools, perspective, and care.

Therapy, as I see it, is a meeting of two people in service of your deeper unfolding. You bring your unique inner world — your feelings, dreams, memories, and wisdom. I bring presence, curiosity, and a commitment to holding space for whatever wants to emerge. Together, we can explore what’s been held inside, connect with what matters to you, and gently follow the thread towards transformation.

You’re welcome here — just as you are.

I look forward to hearing from you.
