I work with clients addressing issues relating to the loss, shock, disorganization, reorganization and recovery.

I have five experience working work couples dealing with conflicts, communication issues, infidelity, unforgiveness and money issues.

Over the years I have supported with their anxiety, depression , relationship issues.

I have three approaches I use in working with clients, my practical approach is centred in Person Centre model which I feel facilitate good therapeutic relationship with the core conditions, I create an environment that allows growth. I use Psychodynamic to create an awareness of past behaviour and attitudes that are playing out in present relationship. It help gives an understanding on how this learnt past behaviour is interfering with present relationships in the area of communicating their needs and get their needs met and CBT to encourage working alliance and to challenge thinking that is holding them back. I have always been able to build a professional relationship, maintaining boundaries and promoting a non-judgemental attitude. Also confidentiality is an important part of my work.

Gifty is truly insightful and takes the time to really understand you. She has a way of asking the right questions to gathering information and deciphering it to get to the big picture. Anyone who is stuck or needs to understand the ‘why’ they are feeling a certain way or going about it some type of way, she is your helpful guide. I would highly recommend her!

I am truly grateful for the support I received from Gifty. She is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about her clients. From the beginning, she really listened to me and understood my needs, especially when it came to my personal values.
What I appreciated most was her ability to bring comfort even in difficult moments. Even when I was crying, she had a gentle sense of humor that could make me smile and feel a little lighter. She made me feel understood and supported throughout the process.
She also ensured consistent follow-up and showed great commitment to my well-being. Even outside of our scheduled sessions, she remained communicative and flexible, which made me feel truly supported.
I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate, attentive, and dedicated therapist.

Gifty helped me to see my situations from a different perspective which definitely helped me overcome it. I feel very understood and well guided. We did go trough my life timeline and rewrote some moments form the past so I don’t take it too personally. It definitely helped ! I am always looking forward to our weekly sessions :)
