Gil Carmona has given me hope that there are therapists that truly care and listen. I had a few bad experiences and was about to give up and Gil came along and helped restore my faith in the power of therapy. He is an active listener and asks questions to better understand the situation. I have appreciated my time with him and will continue to confide in him for my mental health needs. I strongly recommend his services to.anyone.

Gil is a great listener and provides feedback, insight, coping strategies, and refreshing perspectives in a non-judgmental light. He does not push any one agenda but rather acts as a guide for you to build the skills you need to become self sufficient and better manage life's ups and downs.

He is seriously a great counselor. I am a difficult case to handle and he is so well informed and helpful. He also does couples counseling for my boyfriend and I. Could not recommend more highly.
