Gina is the best! Understanding, kind, offers genuine feedback and advice. Listens. I have felt much relief in having Gina as my confidant and sounding board.
Gina continues to assist me in my mental health journey . After every session, I walk away with a new piece of knowledge that ultimately helps me become a much healthier and happier person.
Gina has been a huge part of my recovery from trauma. She is empathetic and caring but also holds me accountable. I feel safe and will recommend to anyone.
Gina has always listened to me and really dug into my issues with me, almost in a big sister type of way. I cannot recommend her enough.

I've only had 1 session with my therapist, Gina, but I've already experienced support and guidance in managing stress. I'm excited and looking forward tomy next session with Gina!
Gina is very professional and listens intently and offers practical advice. I feel like I’m talking to a very supportive family member.
Gina knows my concerns and is working with me to come to peace with past trauma. She gives me simple insight and anecdotes to help along my way.
Gina has been wonderful to work with. She is thoughtful and personable, and has helped me work through many issues that I thought I would have to just live with. I feel supported every time we talk, and I have the tools now to deal with situations that would have previously left me feeling embarrassed, angry, or unheard. I have a new found confidence thanks to Gina, and I would heartily recommend her to anyone seeking help with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
Gina gave some very useful insight into a problem I had been dealing with for a long time. I wasn't sure how to proceed, but Gina gave me the tools necessary to move forward with a plan.
Gina listens and makes suggestions for tasks to work on before you meet again. I like this proactive approach.
7 long years have gone by since my first (wrong) diagnosis and in all these years of in-person therapy I’ve never found a therapist who’s helped as much as Gina. Gina is incredible. She’s kind, understanding, she never made me feel judged, she’s been firm at times when she needed to, and was always there to help. I recommend her if you want to work hard. It’ll be worth it.
Gina has helped me so much. When I first came to therapy, I was lost in a fog of trying to understand someone else's hurtful and irrational behaviors that had devastated me. In the very first session, she gave me insights that completely changed my outlook in a positive way. With her help, I'm taking my power back in my life, staying healthy, and changing my situation for the better. Without her help, I'm sure I would still be stuck trying to untangle a skein that had no end. I recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.
Gina has been excellent.
Gina is wonderful!! Really enjoy our sessions and always get something out of them. Highly recommend!
Gina is kind and compassionate. She is wise, understands underlying issues and reads between the lines. I’ve only started therapy with her but I feel like there is a safe place to be vulnerable and honest.
