Gina is the second counselor I have matched with on BetterHelp. I feel that she is much better than the first because she replies in a timely fashion. I take her advice seriously and she is always an unbiased perspective but also empathizes with me and makes me realize when I am being too hard on myself. It has been really nice to have this emotional support.

I’ve only been working with Gina for a few session, but she’s very attentive and responsive. Her counsel has been very helpful in getting some issues with my relationship and business figured out.

Gina had a lot of really great things to say and provided a lot of information for me. Personally for myself, the response was a little slow at some points. I wasn’t sure if it was an error through the app or not but other than that, she’s a great counselor!

I love Gina! I’ve had one session with her so far, but she’s so wonderful and understanding. I really do appreciate this app and what it does for people, especially her.
