About Me

I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio and in the State of Florida. I'm also a Registered Art Therapist. I've been a practicing Counselor for about twenty two years. I know that seeking counseling takes courage and a willingness to be vulnerable. I'm honored to support you on your journey of personal growth.

The focus of my work is humanistic and client-centered. Basically this style emphasizes the importance of being your authentic self in order to lead your most fulfilling life. I work to have an empathic understanding for my clients.

I typically work with clients that have issues with anxiety and depression. I'm comfortable working with clients that are coping with transitional life issues such as divorce, loss, major illness, career transitions, low self-esteem, family problems, and post partum depression.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I'm married and we have a grown daughter, a cat, and a dog. I also enjoy walking and doing yoga. I'm an avid meditator and I've found this practice both professionally and personally beneficial in my life.

I look forward to supporting you and helping you to feel better.
