About me

As a licensed therapist in Indiana, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My professional approach centers on helping clients work through trauma, grief, and life transitions with compassion and understanding. I'm particularly passionate about supporting those struggling with communication challenges, feelings of isolation, and questions of personal purpose.

I practice art therapy as a Board Certified, Registered art therapist, ATR-BC and welcome each of my clients to use art in sessions as they are comfortable. My therapeutic practice is deeply rooted in creating a supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences, rebuild self-esteem, and develop meaningful coping strategies. I bring a trauma-informed perspective to my work, recognizing the unique journey of each person who enters my practice.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches, I aim to empower clients to understand their inner strengths and navigate life's challenges with renewed confidence. Whether you're dealing with parenting issues, processing grief, or seeking to overcome personal barriers, I'm committed to walking alongside you with empathy and professional guidance.
