About me

Hello! My name is Dianne Brooks, LPC, NCC
If you are struggling with something significant in your life finding the right person to help you is very important. Sometimes we just need one other person to validate, hear, and believe in us. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 24 years’ experience engaging with adults around a variety of clinical and non-clinical issues. My counseling style is friendly and interactive and I treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I listen intently to clients, help them identify and connect with inner strengths, and assist gathering information to find solutions to challenges. My clients come with a wide range of concerns as they try to cope with life adjustments, anxieties, personal challenges, and career issues. You might not know what you want to do with your life yet and that is understandable. Maybe, you are stuck in a dead-end job, retiring, or thinking about changing careers. I can help you figure out what you want to do next.

It takes courage to engage in counseling and taking that first step towards change can lead you to a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready and decide my experience and counseling style is the right match for you, I am here to support you!

Dianne is very respectful of time and corresponding with me via text. She is flexible with her schedule to help accommodate my availability. She’s helped me to set boundaries and be a stronger person and mother.

Dianne is a superhero! She is an excellent listener, gives excellent support with words and research. She is timely, and makes you feel like you are her only patient. This is the second time I’ve leaned on her for life altering events. Her therapy is so meaningful to me. I would have been lost without her. Truly amazing.

In the short time that I have been working with "Dianne", we have built an amazing relationship and she has helped me far more than any other therapist that I have met with to date. She listens but also pushes me to be the best version of me. She is the perfect blend of everything I was hoping to find in a therapist.
