About me

My name is Gloria Stahl, and I have worked as a social worker since 2001 when I graduated from the University of Hawaii. Now, years later, as a licensed compassionate therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating complex emotional landscapes. My professional approach centers on helping clients address challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I have worked with clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, and other areas. My therapeutic practice focuses on using evidence-based practices, fostering self-love, improving communication skills, and addressing emotional barriers such as guilt, shame, and social anxiety.

I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop resilience, and cultivate meaningful personal growth.
