About me

My name is Grace. I have worked with people as a mental health and substance abuse counselor for over 10 years. I have also worked several years in various mental health community services. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Specialist Associate. I have a Masters Degree in both fields. I enjoy talking to people and together we can help you get to a better place. I have a warm and caring personality. I work with adults and adolescents.

My approach is eclectic. I like to stay knowledgeable and up to date with new treatments and strategies. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, REBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and others according to treatment needed. I cover depression, anxiety/panic attacks, bi-polar and PTSD to name a few. I have patient and enjoy the conversations in counseling.
