Greg Hilgert, LCMHC
About me
I value the uniqueness of you. No person, conflict, issue, or struggle is the same. Having worked with a varied client population in a wide array of clinical settings, my approach to each client is individualized and client-centered.
Throughout the years, I've gained experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they address their own mental illness, life choices, and ineffective behavioral patterns. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families dealing with interpersonal problems, mood disorders, substance abuse issues, and difficulties stemming from family conflict. Furthermore, I’m a certified provider of multiple evidence-based trauma therapy models including EMDR and TF-CBT.
I utilize a solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral approach and will work collaboratively with you to realize the change you've been looking for.

I am early in my journey with Greg, but he is clearly an experienced, informed, thoughtful and empathic professional. Most importantly, he is adaptable to working with me in the unusual circumstances of my particular case, listening intently and offering useful challenges and solution points for consideration. Highly recommend!
