Greg is very knowledgeable and makes me feel empowered. He is also very easy going and a great listener. I enjoy talking with him every week, and I feel very comfortable discussing my issues with him.

Talking to Greg the past six months has lifted such a weight from me— I honestly didn’t know where to begin with this heaviness in my heart and mind, but Greg has always remained patient, empathetic, and validating.

Regarding my struggles with alcohol, complicated grief surrounding my father’s death, trauma, anxiety, and depression, Greg would listen and really help me sit with those feelings in a truly reflective, yet objective space.

He offered better ways to cope, and ways to hold myself accountable. I never felt judged, or that there was a bar set too high by either him or myself. I can’t recommend him enough, and I’m so very grateful for his help and support.

This a's the best thing I ever did. My therapist is very accessible, responsive, and really gets me. He helps me focus on the really important stuff and sort out the things that are causing stress in my life. It's much better than talking to my friends and burdening them with my "stuff". He is objective, and coaches me to be the best me, and I appreciate the ease of doing it all from an all in my phone.

Work with me!
