He’s fine. Kind of hard to know what to expect from him, since I don’t know what I’m trying to accomplish.

I appreciate his patience as a first time person going to therapy. He made me feel comfortable right off the bat and eased my anxiety I have about filling silence. He asks provoking questions and provides prompts when needed. I was honestly unsure about a male therapist but it hasn't been uncomfortable or strange in that way. I'm glad we were paired, feel comfortable and encouraged.
