Very approachable, easy to talk to and adaptable. Definitely doesn't have a stuffy personality, or very stern. Very friendly and has a sense of humor that is rare to see in therapists.

Hailey is very encouraging and easy to talk to. Talking to Hailey feels the same as going to a friend or a mentor for advice. She has given me practical applications to help me in areas I want to grow.

I’ve met with Hailey three times now and I have been greatly impressed with her thoughtfulness , intentionality, and insight. I can tell I’m not just another client but she comes prepared with a strategy and plan in place for our sessions. You can tell this isn’t a job for her, but a calling by how she cares for her clients.
