I think she’s fantastic. Incredibly professional and has followed my preferences to a T. I feel very safe being open with her. Hajnal is very calm and gave me a safe space to talk openly. She is very professional and knowledgeable, respecting my pace and giving me tools to manage issues such as panic attacks/anxiety around recent events. These have lessened significantly in a short time as I’ve felt empowered to put those tools in place and gain an understanding on how my past affects now.

Hajnal is a very personable therapist. She listens and responds with practical ideas. I am a visual learner and she sends me visual aids that l can put on my screen saver. I also have hearing issues and she speaks clearly and slowly and makes sure l can see her full face on the screen. We work on what is my concern on the session day. Hajnal is a brilliant understanding therapist.

Hanjal is so understanding and really helpful at finding the right coping mechanisms for what you are struggling with for me it is anxiety mostly and low mood. Really interactive sessions, always feel better after and home work to work through that also helps throughout the week. Highly recommend
