Hajnal is caring therapist who listens to what you have to say and asks the right questions to help you re-evaluate whatever is stuck in your mind. She's helped me gain confidence to make the choices I want and take back some control in my life.

👋Hajnal creates a safe place for us, I trust her! Hajnal displays genuine empathy and always guides me towards understanding with practical tools, worksheets & links of different therapeutic positives, that have helped immensely. Self discovery is often felt after and in the sessions, throwing new light and different ways of seeing things into the professional mix. Hajnal puts my mind at rest and I genuinely mostly feel better for speaking with her. Hajnal understands the flexibility of remaining diverse in the integrative modality she uses.
An overall enthusiastic, kind and sweet lady who I think gets the person centred element of her intergrative modality down to a tea.
Please be gentle with her, she is a human too...🧚‍♀️

Hajnal is truly wonderful. From the very first session she made me feel completely at ease and listened to. She has a calm, kind way about her that really helps you open up and think more clearly about things.

I never feel rushed and always end sessions feeling lighter and more in control. She is thoughtful, insightful and genuinely cares about her clients.

I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional therapist.

I think she’s fantastic. Incredibly professional and has followed my preferences to a T. I feel very safe being open with her. She is clearly very experienced, is no nonsense and best of all you can tell she’s got character. Her approach isn’t patronising and she makes me feel seen. Would highly recommend her, she’s the real deal.
