Hajra Munir, LMHC
About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. My work centers on helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and the lasting impacts of trauma. I bring a culturally responsive and affirming approach to therapy, honoring the unique identities and experiences my clients bring to our work together.
I specialize in supporting young adults and individuals exploring questions of identity, self-worth, and life direction. I'm experienced in working with concerns including social anxiety, panic, mood challenges, attachment patterns, codependency, and family dynamics. I also have a particular focus on supporting clients through grief, loss, forgiveness, and the complex emotions that arise from past hurts—including sexual assault and abuse.
My approach is grounded in empathy and collaboration. I believe in meeting you where you are and working together to build the skills and insights you need for meaningful change. Whether you're navigating relationship conflicts, processing family-of-origin issues, managing financial stress, or working through questions about identity and belonging, I'm here to support your journey with care and authenticity.
I'm honored by the trust clients place in me, and I'm committed to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward healing and growth.
