About me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s not always easy to reach out for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly heard. I believe that everyone has a story worth understanding and that meaningful change can happen when you have the right support along the way.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or life transitions. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for a place to process what’s going on in your life, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and begin moving forward.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate. I draw from evidence-based practices while also focusing on your unique experiences and strengths. Together, we’ll work to better understand patterns that may be holding you back, develop practical coping strategies, and build tools that support lasting growth.
I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. My role is not to judge or “fix,” but to walk alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and support as you work toward the life you want to live.
