My name is Hali Seaney. I have my Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State University. Over the years I have gained much experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, the effects of abuse and neglect, brain education/development, and family issues. I have worked with individuals of all ages and different walks of life.
My counseling approach is warm and welcoming. I know it can be difficult and uncomfortable at times to begin counseling and telling your story, so I meet people where they are at and go at their own pace.

Hali is an excellent counselor and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very prompt with her responses in all forms of communication, and she's been willing to spend as much time needed to finish talking about any topics. It truly feels like she cares about the patient and she tries to understand what the patient wants.
Hali is so kind and warm; talking to her feels like talking to a supportive friend or family member. She is hands down the best counselor I have ever had. She knows when to sympathize, and when to give advice, and she always goes above and beyond to make you feel seen and validated. Hali is amazing.

Hali has made seeking help as easy as talking to a friend. I’ve had two sessions with her and i already feel extremely comfortable with her. I never feel judged or out of place and she presents her thoughts and advice in a way that is conversational more than a diagnosis. She makes it very known that i can contact her anytime and that i’m never a bother. Hali makes finding solutions and understanding our emotions extremely stress free. I feel so much better after my mere two sessions than i ever did before and i am thankful.
