My name is Hali Seaney. I have my Master’s in Social Work from Michigan State University. Over the years I have gained much experience with anxiety, depression, trauma, the effects of abuse and neglect, brain education/development, and family issues. I have worked with individuals of all ages and different walks of life.

I have only had a few sessions with Hali and I already feel night and day different. She listens, repeats back what I have said to make sure she understands it correct and then gives advice or asks more questions into why I think I feel that way. She helps me get to the root problem by asking great questions and provides great solutions or things for me to work on. A bonus is she sends daily affirmations and they always seem to be perfect at the right time!

Hali Seaney is the kindest, most genuine counselor I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. She is so attentive, never forgets a detail about you, and genuinely cares about you and her job. She is also extremely careful to only suggest things within your realm of comfort and does not make you feel unheard or pushed to be “fixed”. She still is very honest and just overall comforting and helpful. You would be lucky to meet her.

Hali is an excellent counselor and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very prompt with her responses in all forms of communication, and she's been willing to spend as much time needed to finish talking about any topics. Hali has made seeking help as easy as talking to a friend. I’ve had two sessions with her and i already feel extremely comfortable with her.
