About me
Hello!
My name is Hannah Gabelman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have certifications in tow types of trauma counseling, Trauma Focused -CBT and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I have almost three years of experience in trauma counseling. I have experience counseling young and older adults. I usually go for person-centered therapies, but am flexible. Due to my experiences in trauma treatment and my training, I believe I can aid those who have been through a traumatic experience. I have experience in handling anxiety, self-esteem, PTSD, depression, and relationship issues.
My approach is warm and welcoming. I firmly believe in treating people with kindness and respect. I do like to challenge my client in order to motivate them to achieve the change they want to see in their lives. I provide the support needed to share, become aware and address life challenges in a way that will aid clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.
