My main goal is to build a relationship with my clients in order to help them make forward progress.
For adolescent and adult clients, I use a CBT and person centered approach. CBT is an evidence based approach that works to create healthy mental states by changing negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Life can get messy and complicated. We all need support during those difficult phases. I can help you with that.
