I am licensed in Tennessee with over 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, relationship issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & coping with life changes. My educational background is Social Work, so my training has prepared me to use a strengths-based approach rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I believe that each individual is the expert of their own life, and my role is to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your experiences, challenges, and goals.
